Three suspects in connection with a business robbery that occurred on Sunday, July 30, at Jabulani Mall, Soweto were arrested on Tuesday.
The arrest was as a result of intelligence driven information, which led the police to one suspect in Mofolo, Soweto.
Provincial Commissioner of the police in Gauteng, lieutenant general Elias Mawela said upon interviewing the suspect, it was discovered that he is out on bail on a different case of business robbery as per Diepkloof case.

“Preliminary investigations led the police to two more suspects at Nancefield hostels. All three suspects were arrested and are expected to appear before court on Thursday. The investigation and tracing of other suspects involved continue,” he explained.
Mawela added that the police will continue to track the other suspects involved together with the firearms used during the robbery.
