Soul and RnB Xperience lights up Joburg this Saturday

On Saturday, a concert titled the Soul and RnB Xperience will take place in Joburg, featuring performances by prominent artists Zonke, Nathi Mankayi, Mlindo the Vocalist, and Buhle.

The upcoming event will take place at Huddle Park Golf and Recreation, commencing at 2pm. It will feature two segments, with the daytime session planned from 2pm to 5:30pm.

This part provides an ideal environment for guests to relax and socialize before the main concert, featuring a laid-back atmosphere complemented by complimentary cocktails and wine tastings.

As evening approaches, the main concert is set to take place in the indoor marquee.

Center-stage seating is anticipated to commence at approximately 6pm, providing an engaging and close-up live music atmosphere.

Additional performers on the lineup include Paul Mtirara, Ismail Abrahams, and Grego Villa.

Event organizers said in a statement: “The Soul and RnB Xperience ends with a premium indoor concert in a luxury marquee, featuring center-stage seating for an intimate, immersive audience experience as the day becomes evening.”

They added that the lineup delivers a rich blend of soul, R&B, jazz, and contemporary African sounds, creating a powerful live music showcase.

The afternoon programme offers a carefully curated lifestyle experience aimed at fostering relaxation, establishing connections, and providing premium enjoyment.

Multi-award-winning singer, songwriter, and producer Zonke Dikana expressed excitement about being part of the event, saying she is looking forward to connecting with fans and delivering a memorable performance.

Zonke has written and co-written hits for artists such as Winnie Khumalo, Thebe, and the late TK and has collaborated with industry legends, including Bongo Maffin and Oskido.

She recently revealed on Instagram the forthcoming release of a new single titled “Make Time,” which will be a collaboration with renowned American R&B artist Anthony Hamilton.

Alongside this announcement, she also presented the official artwork, offering fans an initial look at what to expect from the upcoming track.

Guests can expect lounge-style seating, cocktail setups, a gourmet food market, premium bars, wine and lifestyle product tastings, and stylish, curated décor. The dress code is “dress to impress.”

Nathi Mankayi rose to fame in 2015 with his critically acclaimed debut single, Nomvula, with his album later achieving double-platinum status.

RnB Xperience seamless blend

Afro-soul singer Mlindo the Vocalist has collaborated with the popular duo Blaq Diamond on a project named “Omkhaya,” which translates to “home” in isiZulu.

Launched in partnership with Thikho Events, this project features three of South Africa’s most recognized voices and encapsulates themes of heritage, brotherhood, and contemporary African expression.

The Soul and RnB Xperience promises a seamless blend of soulful music and premium lifestyle—a refined celebration of music and culture.

Tickets for the event are categorized into three tiers: general access at R350, VIP access at R1,000, and VVIP experience at R3,000.

The VVIP experience includes hospitality services, premium seating for concerts, and exclusive access to a dedicated lounge.
