The Justice and Constitutional Development Department must establish specialised dedicated courts for all the criminal cases that come from the Madlanga Commission.

These courts need ethical, capable personnel who will be up to the task at hand and must be well capacitated with the necessary resources to successfully prosecute all those who will appear before the court.
We cannot take these Madlanga Commission cases as ordinary criminal cases. We are dealing with sophisticated criminal syndicates and cartels.

The country must never repeat the mistakes of the Zondo Commission cases. Many high-ranking people were implicated but are still roaming the streets. The country wants to see all these criminals in orange uniforms.
