Artists promise Enthralls Jazz Enthusiasts

It’s time to dust off your dancing shoes as Mzansi award-winning musicians will grace the stage during the Jazz festival in Carnival City on Saturday.

The edition of the highly anticipated Business Premium Jazz Festival is set to kick start around 18h00 at Big Top Arena.

The line-up for this special event boasts a stellar group of artists, featuring renowned performers such as Zonke, Mandisi Dyantyis, Amanda Black and Mi Casa.

Since its inception, the [Business Premium Jazz] festival has grown into a pinnacle event, celebrating the fusion of business and the vibrant world of jazz.

Revellers can look forward to a diverse range of musical styles, from soulful ballads to vibrant, energetic rhythms that will resonate with audiences of all ages.

South African hit-maker Zonke Dikana, best known as just Zonke, is set to light up the stage when she performs her songs such as Feelings, Jik’ Izinto, Say Now.

The talented Zonke writes and produces her own material and boasts several multi-platinum selling albums and a list of awards and nominations too long to stipulate in detail.

The award-winning jazz singer, composer, trumpeter Mandisi Dyantyis, is known for his unmatched vocal superiority.

His shows are always a sold-out affair, with revellers singing from the first note to the last.

His first album, “Somandla”, with songs such as Molo, Olwethu, Ndimthanda and Ingoma Yenkedama, made him a household name, not only in South Africa but abroad.

His second album, “Cwaka”, was nothing short of brilliant, making the Gqeberha-born star absolutely peerless.

Dyantyis has performed on several stages across the world, but his shows at home are always the cherry on top, to be celebrated by your own people.

He is also one of the young artists to make jazz even more appealing and loved by younger audiences.
