South African renowned rapper and songwriter born Siyabonga Nene, best known as ‘Big Zulu’ is set to light up the stage in a one man show concert at the Big Top Area, Carnival City this Saturday night.

The doors are expected to be open at 18h00 and the show will kick start at 19h00.
The upcoming show is poised to be an electrifying experience, bringing the King of energetic beats ‘Mr Somatekisi’ dynamic energy and storytelling to the forefront.
Known for his powerful storytelling through music, Big Zulu said this one-man show is not just a performance, but a narrative of triumph.
Despite being a one man show, the rapper will be supported by creative collective such as Lwah Ndlunkulu, Gatsheni, DJ Zinhle, Amos, Nkosazana Daughter, Xolelwa, Black Diamond, Mnqobi Yazo, Master KG, just to name but a few.
“Words can’t express the gratitude I have for all the love and support I’ve had ever since I started [my] music journey,” Big Zulu said.
He writes and produces his own material and boasts several multiple awards-selling albums and a list of awards and nominations too long to stipulate in detail.
Growing up in the cold and snowy surroundings of Bergville in the Drakensberg in KwaZulu Natal, Big Zulu gained fame after releasing the single “Donsa Nkabi” in 2016.

He released his debut albums, Ushun Wenkabi and Ungqongqoshe Wongqongqoshe in 2019.
His successful record label, Inkabi Records, stands as a beacon for aspiring artists, highlighting his commitment to nurturing new talent and shaping the future of South African music.
Last year, his duo performance “Inkabi Zezwe Tour with Sjava” at the casino sold out.
As a brand ambassador for two major South African brands, SASOL and Toyota, he embodies resilience and hard work, values that resonate with fans across the nation.
