Reclaiming yourself after a heartbreak… hurt and failed marriage is a tearful adventure, yet self-discovery is a life commitment
A second try in finding love, despite being cautious can be fascinating although it bears red flags.
Online dating has changed the way potentials meet and interact, while it allows you to initiate a relationship with someone new it doesn’t mean you should let it be the foundation of your relationship.
For tonight’s show, six previously married women who have ben unlucky in love shared their experience on online dating.
Helen, “I haven’t tried online dating as I feel it’s a lot of admin. I’m going to be found by that person that wants me and I just believe that the universe works like that. I’m not the sort of ‘here-look-at-me’ type of a person. If you notice me you do, if you don’t it’s your loss. The universe gives, and the universe doesn’t give. So, you can come out with something that you get on with either a long-term relationship, platonic or a romantic relationship.”
From being catfished to being stalked, online dating is not all doom and gloom. You can meet interesting people which you really like and connect with on a friendship level and also maybe introduce to other people.
Tori: “For me I can’t even do online shopping because I like to feel the fabric. So, to do online dating I actually want to see the person. I don’t know how to fix up pictures, what you see is what you get, and I found out that people might look great in a picture but not really who they are.”
Next week, viewers can look forward to contestants going on an adventure date where they become vulnerable to the person they are with. Will this force them to open up even more?
