Xolani returns to Sizok'thola following murder charge withdrawal
Moja Love announced the return of Xolani Khumalo to Season 4 of Sizok’thola.

Khumalo was given the boot by the channel following investigation by law enforcement agencies after the death of an alleged suspect they were interrogating during the filming of the show in Ekurhuleni.

According to a news report, the presenter and his crew placed a plastic bag around his head and pepper-sprayed it before they suffocated him with it.

As they pinned him down, they said he should move the right leg as a signal that he wanted to confess.

However, the case involving Khumalo was provincially withdrawn on Monday at the Palm Ridge magistrate court which his Foundation said they welcome the outcome with great relief and gratitude.

“Throughout this journey, we have remained steadfast in our belief in justice and in Mr Khumalo’s commitment to fighting for the voiceless and standing against social ills in our communities.

“We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has stood by Xolani Khumalo – your unwavering support, prayers, and solidarity have carried us through. Your belief in the cause and in his character has been a pillar of strength.

“As the Foundation, we remain committed to continuing our mission of advocating for justice, fighting against drug abuse, and building a safer South Africa for all.”
